Abstract
This study aims to examine the usability and user satisfaction associated with the NADIA application, an electronic correspondence system implemented within InJourney and PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia. Employing a qualitative methodology that incorporates in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis, this research explores the extent to which the NADIA application enhances administrative efficiency through the digitalization of document submission, storage, and tracking processes. The findings reveal that NADIA effectively streamlines workflow procedures, reduces the risk of document loss, and offers a more intuitive user experience compared to its predecessor systems. However, the study also identifies several limitations, including the application's reliance on stable internet connectivity and the limited accuracy of its document search function. Overall, the results indicate that while NADIA contributes positively to employee productivity, further system improvements are required to optimize its performance and ensure alignment with the administrative demands of a modern organizational environment.
